Hope all goes well with your renewal ,, but renewing a VM contract detail/price is not for the feint hearted .. akin to swimming in a sea of sharks all waiting to have you if you do not watch ... ONE peice of advice whatever is spoken to you ...make sure you see the amended contract in your " My Virgin Media " which should appear quite soon after your call .. some VM customers appear to have difficulties of being told what they are getting to what they actually get just saying ....😃
