Contract renew offer

My contract will soon be due for renewal and I have had numerous emails and texts offering me a new contract with a link but when I click the link all I get is “oops something went wrong”.

I guess I’ll have to phone and spend ages listening to that awful music.

I wouldn't bother wasting your time phoning as I did that after responding to an email offering to renew my package online. You'll get through to an Indian call centre even if you press option 4 for retentions only to be told that they don't have access to the same deals as the web team. WhatsApp gets you through to a robot who passes you on to online chat (also overseas) and then get cut off! I didn't get any help on here either.

I suggest you vote with your feet!

Hi, I have also received two emails saying that I can renew now for 18 months at a fixed price until March 2025 (even though my current contract doesn’t expire until August this year). Both emails lead to a dead link. See attached screenshot. When I look in the My Virgin Media app, there is nothing about contract renewal, only upgrade prices. Please can someone tell me what the offer price is? Thanks in advance IMG_0341.png
