When I moved house last month I was assured my contract just would just continue but it has been reset to a start date when I moved into a new house.
My package is the same and the customer service agent assured me that the contract would remain in place.
I am worried that this may affect my plans of leaving virgin by the end of my contract.
How can I get it back to the original start date as customer services have not been helpful.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Sometimes when moving house, due to a coding issue, we'd need to put the contract on fully, then make any adjustments after activation.
