Please can someone from Virgin get in touch. I haven't been able to speak to anybody on the phone or via Chat, it just goes unanswered.
My contract is due for renewal so I had a look at the offer. I just looked at it then logged out of my account. Then got two emails containing new Contract Summaries even though I hadn't accepted the renewal. Please advise.
My renewal price is based on exactly what services I have now so I need it confirming this would be the case as I currently have TNT Sports included and if this won't be included then I wish to cancel any renewal you believe I've signed up to just by opening the page and reading it.

Many customers have been confused by contract documents coming through simply by looking at a renewal offer.
Seemingly this is just a shoddy sales tactic to make it look like you have signed up to something

There have also been many other complaints from customers who believed they were signing up to 'the same' package they were on already only to find TNT Sports has been removed later on so you are right to be very wary and check all of the details.

Thank you. This is exactly what has happened. They have just clarified that TNT has been removed even though the offer states the package remains exactly as it is. Very naughty. Glad I've checked. I'll be moving back to Sky!

I am in the same boat and got an 'exclusive' offer email to keep me. it isnt like for like - goes from maxit to mega and excludes TNT plus no mention of my second box or netflix. From bitter experience the last time I renewed and my 2nd box was excommunicated I amstaying well away from such offers.
I did receive a follow up email and that now pops up with TNT is not include dany more.

I've managed to speak to someone now. Definitely not like for like even though my offer said it was. They had removed TNT so would have had to pay extra. Didn't even think about the second box, I'm guessing that would have happened to mine too. My services are up on 21 October and I shall not be renewing. I'm so glad I checked beforehand.
