My contract will be end of this March and got the renewal offer back in early this February. I accepted and got 2 emails which included a pre contract and estimated activation date. But my new package and price has not been altered on my account. I expected that my contract has been renewed but now seems not that case. Can anyone help to sort this problem?

I've had exactly the same as you. So far on chat to an advisor i've been told that they cannot honour the price they originally offered last month when I accepted. Now they've offered me a price double the original offer. Hopefully someone will be able to help
