Contract Renewal by Text issues

All,

I have just tried the contract renewal by text that VM offer. As it was a satisfactory price and it stated (I wouldn't lose any services, which I have as a print screen) I was going to renew.

I checked the contract documents and they had reduced the services on my package.  £18 worth of pakages disappeared (TNT Sports if interested).

Therefore please be careful when using this facility. VM are obvious very comfortable misleading their customers and I will be making a formal complaint.

Steve

Maybe try OFCOM. I don't have any confidence in regulators but I might be wrong. Maybe try consumer champions of national newspapers (The Guardian for example) and maybe your local MP maybe helpful, especially ih they can get some publicity from it.

Hi Steviec1,

Thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear about what you have advised.

Do you have a copy of this that specifically shows what you have advised?

^Martin

Hi Martin,

Yes. I have the contract as it was, the screen message confirming all services are the same and the 'new contract' not showing TNT Sports. A call confirmed TNT Sports was not included.

Thanks

Thanks for this @steviec1

Are you able to provide the full image of the text you received that advises that all services would remain the same please and we'll feed this back to the team at our side for investigation. Please ensure your screenshot does not include any personal/sensitive information
