My contract expires on Dec 7th. I pay £28.28pm untill then. Last week I looked at my renewal offers and was offered the same price as I'm paying now. I went to accept the offer on Friday and my renewal offer has gone up (even with Black Friday offers!). It now says I pay £31.18 unitll Dec 7th and has therefore offered me £31.18pm. I 'm guessing this is because I've entered the final month and Virgin have recalculated my bill. .
It seems unfair to me that Virgin has increased the renewal offer the closer I get to the end of my contract. I thought it was supposed to be the other way round! Also, I've had an email from Virgin confirming I pay £28.28 untill Dec 7th so how have they increased it to £31.18
I'm annoyed I didn't accept the offer at the time, but it is very annoying that they change offers like that. It makes me want to leave even more.
I would like to know if there is any chance Virgin will honour the deal offered to me for £28.28pm. I have screenshots to prove the offer. Thanks
