Could someone from VM please contact me to clarify the following (I have health issues so cannot currently make a telephone call).
My contract is about to expire. It includes Maxit TV with TNT Sports included.
When I logged onto VM website I was presented with a screen saying: “Renew now and save. £xx p/m. Choose this deal and keep your current Virgin Media plan without losing anything.”
I did not accept anything but subsequently received 5 emails including pre-contract documents.
The pre-contract documents show Main TV services as ‘Maxit TV and Sky Sports’ but have no mention of TNT Sports (the add-ons box is blank). Maybe it is still part of Maxit TV? If not, it would seem to contradict the website quote “…without losing anything.”
The price of the contract is more than I am currently paying.
Can someone from VM please PM me to confirm whether this pre-contract includes TNT Sports.
Naturally I would not want to re-contract at a higher price if I was losing TNT Sports in the process.

Hi NeeFboRy,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐
We're sorry to hear there has been some confusion over whether you'll receive TNT Sports if opting to renew online. As it stands, TNT Sports is no longer included in any packages and is exclusively an add on. For those on Maxit, we added this as a separate add on and also added a credit to cover the additional amount however any changes made will cause the discount to be removed.
If the pre-contract documents don't show TNT Sports in the add on section, this would mean it's not included in your offer. This would need to be added separately and would be charged at the usual price. What we can do, is take a look at your package to see what renewal offer we can give with TNT Sports included for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
Thanks,
