Hi, I have a Contract Renewal EMail which looks like a decent offer. Im aware that TNT sports has been removed but Im ok with that as I still have Sky sports but my question is that it doesnt mention my other 2 TV boxs, are they included? So apart from TNT sports, my package is the same?

Yes that was my view and they are not so the price they are offering is wrong and it makes it a pointless excecise so I will delete the email, thanks for your answer.

The bit I dont understand is that when I messaged the Virgin team, nobody could tell me about it as it was from the email team and they have no access but you cant go back to the email team as its a no reply address so you just cant get any information from them. If it doesnt include my 3 boxs, how much will they cost on top of the offer?

My original offer a year or so ago did mention the boxs as part of the offer but this one doesnt so you assume there could be a further cost to pay. There is no point in signing up on that basis.

I have to say my experience with Virgin is a very poor one when you put this with me not getting Netflix and being on the top Volt package. It makes me want to leave at the end of my contract in a couple of months and I dont understand why they want to make a customer feel that way, leave them and go elsewhere, all very pointless when doing the right thing could well retain the customer.

If you can make any sense of it all, let me know.

If you are on the top Volt package (Mega Volt) then that includes two set top boxes in the price. If adding a third set top box it would be an additional £5 per month.
