Contract Renew Link Never Works

Every time my contract is due for renewal they send you a link to check the latest deal/renew but it never works. It should be a simple process but once again I will need to ring them. Open Reach are digging up my street installing fibre so hopefully they will be easier to deal with.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some trouble looking into an offer that was emailed to you recently. Have you spoke with our retentions team on 0345 454 1111 (or 150 from a Virgin Media landline) about this yet so that they can discuss options with you?
