I am so sorry that you have experienced this issue with your bill, the charge would be refunded as soon as the equipment is marked as returned. When was this returned?

Thanks for the response Ashleigh.
I returned the equipment on the 11/04/2024 and can see virgin received it on the 18/04/2024.
Will I receive an amended bill?
