Hello
I've tried to change the bank in which my direct debit is taken from for my Virgin Media account but when I try to do this I get 'oops something went wrong' so I'm unable to do this online. Does this mean that I have to phone up to get this done?
Please can you assist.

If you moved from one bank to another these days the transfer action should move all your Direct Debits. It’s the new banking code.

Hey MAW70, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
As mentioned if you are just moving banks via the SWITCH progress this direct debit will get automatically brought over you do not need to do anything.

I am having the same problem. Got as far as paying this month’s balance by card as per the instructions but now can’t get to the next step … just getting the oops error message. I want to switch the DDM to my other bank account and change the payment date.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
