Cannot switch to ebilling

For some reason it is ludicrously difficult to switch to ebilling. I'm following the page to ebilling and it just takes me to a "make payments page" which says you need to do it through my profile but this option is not available. Please can you just switch my account to ebilling only.

    Sorry to hear you've not been able to set up e-billing on your side. To set up ebilling from your online account can you try the steps below;
     

    •    Click on the Settings tile.

    •    Click on Account Details.

    •    Scroll to Communication Preference and click Edit.

    •    Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu.

    •    Click Update.

     

    Let us know if this has worked for you, and if not, at what point did the steps fail to change your ebilling settings.

      Hi, I have signed in to my virgin media. I clicked on " account settings". I then clicked on "my virgin media account details". There is no "communication preference" option here. All I have is a page that shows "my sign in details", "telephone security details" and "sign out across all devices"
