Hey Orfesk,
Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
If you want to cancel your eBilling you first need to log into your My Virgin Media account, you can do so here. Once you have done this if you complete the following steps:
• Click on the Settings tile.
• Click on Account Details.
• Scroll to Communication Preference and click Edit.
• Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu.
• Click Update.
From this point your eBilling will be active, let me know if you are able to do so.
Thanks. Joe
Hi Joe
I did all step by step as you guide me but still receiving paper bill and still getting charged for it.
Thank you for confirming that. I am sorry that didn't seem to work for you.
I will private message you now to confirm your details so we can look into this.

I too am being charged for this and want to opt out.
I believe Virgin have purposefully made it difficult for me to opt out so they can continue to charge me for this. I have followed these steps the last few months but I am still being charged for this.
Please can someone from the forum team contact me to resolve

Hi There
I have the same issue, been trying to cancel the paper bill via the account setting many times but didn't work. any chance you can sort this for me?
Thanks
Eric
I am on a call with Virgin now and getting absolutely nowhere. I hate calling for this very reason. Can someone please help stop my paper billing too?
On a call with retentions and am getting told it is a 1.75 charge for e-billing. Surely not.
Hi bert37
Welcome to the community forums
Sorry to hear of your concerns with setting up e-billing. I can see on the systems at our side that you have spoken with the team and this seems to be all sorted for you now.
E-billing is free of charge and is only paper billing which currently carries a £1.75 monthly charge.
Please let us know if you are having any further issues or have any questions at all. We'll be here to help on the community forums if needed :).
