I am disgusted and stressed. This week I stopped having access to TNT sports. I renewed only last month with the same existing package including TNT sports at new price for 18 months. I now login into my virgin media to see I am out of contract again and it is offering me new cheaper deals. I have completed contract in my inbox already. What is going on? I cannot seem to have a sensible conversation with anybody at virgin media. There’s no customer service at all.
Should I cancel my contract or go to trading standards? How can my subscription be changed by virgin after just signing a new contract which they have summarised includes TNT sports for 18 months. Surely this is a breach of contract and trading standards.
