I have received an email from virgin telling me my contract is due to run out, they have offered me an exclusive renewal offer if I renew now,
as my contract runs until November 2024, why would I take up this offer now,
is this a scam email. ?
as the bundle is now very expensive, I wish to downgrade my package,
contacting virgin is now a pain, [ I’m with o2), when I did get through, the customer service representative stated that was not now possible , WHAT. ???????
what is the answer ?
how do I resolve this, leave ?

You may receive an exclusive offer to recontract ahead of the expiration date of your current agreed term, but this would be for a limited time. Did you discuss other offers with the team when you last contacted them about this?

I contacted the team through WhatsApp, and after a long discussion a new deal was made to my satisfaction, but was to read on my new contract, at the end of this contract the price will rise to £130 pm,
no chance of that, tv adverts claim are stating you can get VM bundle for less than im paying now ?

Thanks for the update Jon1951, the offer will have included discounts for the duration of the term. Once the contract has ran it's term the £130 per month price will be what the services will be charged at but you will receive offers prior to that to renew.
This is the same for all customers, the offers you may have seen on TV will be new customer deals.
