My remote control has a couple of buttons that no longer work and I've been going round in circles trying to solve this and then when I finally go the the right section, I got a message saying that I have had a free replacement in the last 12 months and it will cost me £9.99.
I haven't had a replacement to my knowledge - I have two remotes as I have two boxes.
If we all paid £9.99 they would be laughing all the way to the bank. I am more than a bit miffed !!
