Hi
I signed up for a broadband renewal deal of £27pm on 25th April (I have an order reference).
I had an email confirmation that this would go live on 28th April, however I have just received a bill for £69.62.
Can someone please look into this and rectify ASAP.

Same sort of issue, did a renewal, new contract is showing as active. However I'm being billed at the out of contract amount of almost £200.
