Blank account number and area code

The cis file sent out was blank in the account number and area code fields.
Unable to set up/manage account.

Assistance appreciated.

I am a residential customer. Apologies for not posting sooner that the issue is resolved. It was quite late by that point.
Unlike the online instructions to find account number and area code in the welcome email, I located my account number scribbled on the back of the leaflet left during installation and then just brute forced my way past not knowing the area code, ofc it was the last code on the list.
While the issue is resolved I have to say it does not inspire confidence that the specified file in the welcome email lacked the information needed to setup and manage the online account.
