Bill Credit Not Showing

Hi

Please could a mod PM me to check my eContract details and go through account verification? There are bill credits not showing which I agreed in a phone call to your cancellations team today which I'd like to check the status of.

I am still in my 14 day cooling off period so can use that if needed and my services have not yet started.
