Virgin Media Bill Credit Not Given
Hi, has anyone else experienced this and had a quick resolution?
I joined Virgin recently and they provided me with a £75 bill credit in addition to a welcome £80 bill credit.
I received the initial £80 bill credit but I've now been billed twice since being promised the additional £75 (and contacted their support team) but the additional £75 isn't coming through. I keep being told that the additional credit will be added and that I'll receive a confirmation email but nothing ever comes.
I'm beginning to feel that they are intentionally not crediting me the additional £75 in the hope that I'll just forget about it and let them off the hook!
Has anyone experienced this before? How did you resolve it and get the credit that's rightfully owed?
