Being charged for Netflix

  • I keep on getting charged for Netflix and had no joy when contacting Virgin about this issue.As a result of Virgin telling me on numerous occasions that it was sorted as a result of it not being resolved  I contacted the Ombudsman who was informed by Virgin that it was sorted and I would not be charged again.After being told by the Ombudsman that it was now closing the case as I would not be charged again.After being told it was sorted I was again charged for Netflix on my next bill.Once again I contacted Virgin and was told that I had joined Netflix ,I argued with the agent and confirmed I had not joined Netflix on the date he stated.After a while , he said he would remove the Netflix payment from my account and I would be refunded on my next bill.Time will tell if this will end the saga of the Netflix payment.If this is not the end of it I will be taking advice on legal action against Virgin.
