Hello,
I have received a new bill a few days after receiving confirmation that i hVe returned both routers.
Please can this be looked at asap. I really do not want £105 going out of my account for something that is not owed at all.
I returned the items within 5 days of receiving the package to return them in. I have also received confirmation a few days ago that you have received them too.
Please can this charge be cancelled and not taken from my bank as i am already struggling financially.
A new bill has been sent to me today for £105.
