App status issues after renewal

Hi I renewed my contract yesterday which looks to have gone through. But I seem to have lost access to my status's on the app as per below. Rather than saying that I have broadband and tv included on top of the screen it just says add? Is this normal or an error? Saying can take up to 48 hours to update which would be 1pm tomorrow but surely if the contract has gone through it would do it with that? Also my old package is still showing under my package? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Hi Michael 

The app can often take longer to update than the web browser.  Have you tried checking using a web browser instead of the app?

Hi. No it’s still showing my old package at the moment. Might be a case that I have jumped the gun a bit and wait until later today but last time I upgraded I had so many problems so eager to make sure this is all sorted!

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account updating, your online account via app can take longer to update as newapollo advised. Has anything changed since you last posted on the app?

Hi. No it’s still the same as yesterday.

Are you able to sort it for me? Surely it should flow through once the contract was finalised. My new contract started yesterday.
