Been trying to get connected since January.........
I've been given multiple dates which get pushed back, I need to speak to the installations team. The team that deals with the external cabling install. They've called me a few times but there is no number for me to call them back.
Any info would be appreciated.

The VM number is 0800 052 1734 but this won't necessarily help you much.
VM sub-contracts much of its cabling work and, once the contractor is given the job, VM has little/no control/influence/communication on how/when/if the job takes place.
Any dates you are given via the above number are nothing more than 'placeholders' for the job.
You may be told the work is 'guaranteed' to happen 'today' (that's been mentioned over and over again on here) but there is no truth to that information.
