Aklamio referral

Referred a family member to virgin media 21st February, my aklamio login shows it as pending since 21/02/24 and it never changes.

Family member has had the service installed and has made several monthly payments, yet neither of us have received the £50 reward?

Aklamio say they have reminded Virgin Media several times and it is for virgin media to tell them all conditions have been met - I believe all conditions should have been met and tomorrow will mark 18 weeks since this lousy process began.

Any help?

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with your credit and thank you again for reaching out. It is Aklamio that handle the credits and would provide updates on this, you can view how to reach them online here.

Can I ask when you last spoke with Aklamio?

I spoke to them yesterday via email and judging by the amount of posts on here - I'm having the same problem, they said it's up to you guys to inform them that the conditions have been met, which apparently you have not. So of course you guys are now going to tell me it's on their end and I'm going to get stuck in this silly cycle, going back and forth between both.

I've been back and forth between aklamio (their phone line never works and states you're calling out of hours) via email and virgin, I shouldn't be the one having to sort this out, so will be giving it 7 days and then I'm going to refer it to the ombudsman to sort out, absolute shambles, but I expect nothing less from virgin these days
