Hi, hoping someone can help as I've had no luck speaking to VM in either WhatsApp or their messaging service.
I added sky sports UHD for £4 a month yesterday. This evening I've received an email stating that I have made changes. I thought it would just be the UHD being added (which it has) but they've told me that I've removed TNT sports (which I certainly haven't!).
What is the point of adding something if their just going to take something else away?

Kath,
With respect your post makes no sense. There was no case of "accepting any new discounts" as the OP added Sky Sports UHD. Furthermore there are multiple other cases in this forum where a similar upgrade did not cause a change of contract. I don't see how you can say that "TNT Sports was removed from all packages" when I have Maxit TV with its TNT Sports. As he still has his Maxit TV bundle he is entitled like me to retain TNT Sports.

Check your bill.
I'm in the middle of a similar dispute with them, and just noticed they started charging me the £18 extra per month for TNT sports a couple of months ago without any warning or notice.

I 100% agree, by adding an add on such as UHD for Sky Sports will/should not take you off the Maxit Bundle.
So are you saying if I add LFCTV I will loose TNT sports?
I'm afraid this sounds like another example of Virgin Media taking advantage of it's customers.

Hi @ErikM1,
It looks like one of my colleagues has already responded to you regarding this on another thread that you've made about this. We'll continue to assist you from there.
Thanks,

Technically correct, yes.
One of your colleagues has lied to me there about sending a message which doesn't actually exist.
After a day of being bounced around 3 different customer service chatbots to no resolution, you'll forgive me if I don't hold my breath awaiting that assistance.
The message to Roger is still relevant to this thread, though; TNT was seperated out of my package as an extra cost without any notification; the same may have happened to him and his TNT sports is not actually part of his Maxit package, just no-one has bothered to tell him that.
