I tried on Virgin TV (it said there was a glitch). I tried on online (my virgin media) and it said there was a glitch. I tried the chat function but not was not able to help me and WhatsApp contact did not work.
Can someone please help me? I just want to add TNT Sports to my monthly package.
I find dealing with Virgin Media so difficult so please do not give me some generic FAQ’s or point me to unhelpful guidance (I have tried it all). Please put me in touch with a human who can actually help me.

Thanks for posting and sorry you've had some trouble adding TNT sports. Package changes aren't something we do via this forum, but you can call the team on 150/ 0345 454 1111 and they'll be able to help.

I tried adding TNT Sports yesterday but I'm regretting it already. Did it so we could watch the Autumn Nations. Before ordering I tried to find out how long it would be before we could use it. Couldn't find that vital piece of information, just the usual useless FAQ's. Given that with any other media service out there, I can access it immediately, I took a punt. Got email confirmation, but am still waiting for the channels to be switched on, but still with no information on when that will be. We have already missed yesterdays matches. I only want this for 1 month, but I'm beginning to think that won't be possible as I need to give 30 days notice to cancel and can't see a way of doing that online. Wish I'd gone down the Discovery+ route. Will probably be cheaper in the long run and less hassle.

Any changes/add ons requested over the phone are usually actioned immediately. Any other method can take up to 14 days as the changes are processed manually by a back office team.
I suggest phoning (150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone) to have the TNT Sports add on actioned straight away.

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the availability of TNT Sports after requesting the addition of this service.
Can you please confirm if you have since performed a rebooting of your set top box - using the switch on the set top box itself to see if the channels then become available to you?
If this has been attempted, please report the outcome to us and if further assistance is required, we can be on hand to look into this for you
