Will not allow me to add Premier Sports to my package

As with many others despite continually trying to add Premier Sports either on-line or via the TV the results are the same i.e. 'Oops!......' Yes I've also tried the useless chatbot and using a different web browser.

As for calling and the Memorable name, lets not go there.

All my wife and I want to do is watch the European Champions rugby which we only discovered last Friday moved from TNT!

Help would be much appreciated.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with contacting us to add Premier Sports to your package. 

    If you have an older TIVO set-top box this may be the cause of this error. Have you received any communications at all about upgrading the set-top box if you do have a TIVO?

    yes I do have the older Tivo box. As that no longer allows us to view Netflix then I have also opted to switch to the 360 box. So once upgraded to the 360 will that solve the issue?
