I am in the process of upgrading from 500 Mb to 1Gb. Nothing on the order confirmation documents or order process mentioned any one off costs. Now I have received the contract documents showing a £35 activation fee (not agreed beforehand). My self install equipment is due this week (I assume a new hub as I am on a Hub 3 currently).
Having not been made aware of any one off costs for the change I should not be expected to pay this.
