I moved home in December and when i log into the my virgin app, it shows my old account number how do i go about changing it to my new account number. So i cant view my bills
any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey stevieboy2018, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this, also a warm welcome to the community.
If you changed and moved account a new online account will need to be set up, you can do this by using all your new admin details.
If you wanted to use the same email we would need to raise an IT ticket to get it swapped over if you wanted to use a new email you can sign up right away.

Thank you for reaching back out, I will be more than happy to give you a hand setting up an Online account, you would first need to have another email address, you can set one up Via google, you can find out how here.
