Hi,
I recently signed up for Volt M350 Fibre Broadband on 18/08/2024. I was provided a £50 bill credit card which I used upon signing up online notable on my order summary received via email.
I have received my first bill and no credit is noted on the bill at all. Tried reaching out to support but they didn’t leave me with any confidence it would be sorted out.
Please advise.
