Credit Not Applied

Hello, 

I had some credits agreed to be applied to my account, due to switch Early Termination Fees Compensation. 

And they have not been applied and do not show up on any of my Bills?

    We're sorry to hear you've had some issues with a credit being applied to your account. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
