50.00 referral not received

I joined Virgin about 4 months ago and was referred by someone else. We were both promised a 50.00 referral reward but I haven’t received anything. I’m in the uk and get no answer on this from my emails to Virgin, does anyone know what my next step should be?

Do you know how the person who referred you signed up for the Virgin Media services? Was it via our website or a third party comparison website? If it was the later, the benefits for signing up and referring are issued via the comparison website company.
