Hello, I've just noticed on my bill that there have been phantom calls and I've been charged for calls I haven't made. It's the same number over a couple of days. How do I block it? Can I get a refund for these phantom calls?

Phantom call charges get regular mentions on here.
Does your landline connection come from the back of the VM hub or a conventional telephone wall socket?
It is helpful that you can see the number involved. Can you also see the times of day and duration of the phantom calls?
Phantom calls often follow a typical pattern of times of day and/or call duration.
We have also seen past cases on here where equipment in the home (such as burglar/care alarms and call blockers etc.) were running up call charges unexpectedly. Do you have any equipment like that connected to the phone line?

Hey gomango, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear this.
As mentioned if it does into the hub, the phone line cannot be phantom called.
However let me send you a DM and we will take a look

Not strictly true to claim that as there have been past examples on here of phantom call charges on a 21CV connection. More accurate to say it is much less likely to generate phantom calls.
