Both neighbours have virgin media installed. But I've been told that I can't receive any services. I've contacted virgin 4 times, they were supposed to call me back. But never do. Every house on the road is listed when you check to see if you can get the service except mine.

Same issue as others. Virgin is available for everyone on my street except my house. Could you please help this. It's something that is really important to us so any help would be really appreciated.

I also have the same issue as everyone else. Virgin Media has recently dug up everywhere to run cables, we had people knock on doors to tell us we can get Virgin etc.
We're due to be moving into a new build a few doors down the street from where we are now and our new house number comes up as unable to get the services, but all our future neighbours can. We're all facing the same street etc so I can't understand where the issue is. Please can you help? Thank you

Hi, The neighbour above me in my apartment has Virgin broadband but your website says its not available to me. I saw a Virgin engineer with his van in the next street last weekand he said that Virgin is available in the area they can put in a T to connect me up. He said to get in touch to request this but your phone sales team is useless. Who can I get in touch with to help?
