VoIP and New Phone

Hello, please could someone help?  I have my home landline connected to my hub via a VoIP adaptor.  If the phone itself stops working and I need to replace it, can I just disconnect the old phone from the adaptor and plug in the new one or is there more involved pretty please?  Been trying to ring Virgin for an answer but they're so busy......

Just unplug old phone from adapter and plug in new one.

Hi sibyl14,

thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you're having some issue with the line.

You would just need to plug in the new handset as Tudor has confirmed. If however you're still having any problems after changing the handset please let us know.
