I'm trying to contact my insurance company and get put on hold as usual.
The connection seems to cut out after 7 mins 30 secs. Tried three times, same result.
Is this a 'time out' feature of VOI?
If so, can I disable it?

We're sorry to hear that your call to your insurance provider is cutting out after 7.5 minutes. Can you let us know if you have this issue when calling any other numbers too?
Can I also ask you to clarify what you mean by VOI?

Cannot be for every call, otherwise people would be unable to call customer services!
