VM Landline connection

I have never used my VM landline but would like to connect to my VM Hub5. Can I port my bT number?

    We'll pop you a private message to get some information and we can go from there 😊  If you're using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you're on a mobile/tablet device then instead, click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

    Whether you can port your BT number over to us will depend on a few things. The first one being that the line needs to be active. Do you still have your landline service with BT or have they already closed the line?
