Landline connection
I received a new hub ready for the changeover on the landline. They posted the hub and cancelled the technicians appointment. I have tried to find a human to speak to rather than going round in circles with the computer. I need a technician to connect the hub (in a loft room) to the phone (in a downstairs hallway where there is no internet connection) - presumably they will bring an adaptor etc.
I believe at the present there is a pause on the landline switch over, so you may not get a technician’s visit for some time. The hub should still work ok.
