We were told that our home phone was switching to digital in January. We were sent an adapter. I bought new cable to make the phone wire reach to the router. But nothing happened. The phone is still working on analogue, and there's no connection if I plug it into the router via the adapter.
Has Virgin changed it's mind about doing this? Or is it "manyana" culture - it will happen some day, when you're least expecting it!
Anyone else had issue with delays in switchover?

Hey BristolPete, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear this.
Right now there is a pause on all switchovers, once we start doing them you will get an email / letter about this.
Please keep the adapter safe for now.
