I’m in area 28. When can I expect to switch to fibre. I don’t have a conventional wall socket anymore.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your conventional phone socket.
The Fibre upgrade 21cv as we call it has been put on hold right now.
This was a government decision across all phone providers.
What has happened to the original socket?

Hi, we had a wall removed and the socket was removed as we believed that we’d be getting onto fibre soon.

I can arrange for an engineer to attend and install a telephone socket if you like?
Their may be a charge of £25 to do this, However due to the circumstance with our switch being placed on hold we can take a look at the charge for you.
