Phone line issues

I’m having issues with my landline, I can’t make or receive any calls and it just says check phone line. I have tried resetting the hub checking all the wires but nothing.

thanks for replying and yes I’ve tried all that and still nothing, my phone still says check phone line.

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
