Old landline number move

Hi I need my old landline number porting over but I've spoken with 3 agents over the phone and none of them seem to understand what I am asking them to do. I tried calling retentions but there isn't an option if your thinking of leaving anymore. What can I do to get this resolved?

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your landline and porting the number across, I would love to help here if I can.

Can I just confirm, is the number still active with your new provider? If not can I ask when you disconnected the line with them?

Hi previous provider was virgin media disconnected yesterday. Had engineer come this morning to install new package

Hi, the landline number i requested to be transferred over still hasn't happened, its been over a month since the new package was installed and I'm still waiting to hear back.

Sorry to hear you have not had an update on your landline port to us. We want to best help. Can you confirm that your old landline is still active and running? Have you had any correspondence from our team regarding a landline port?

The number was on the previous virgin account at my address, I was told by email that It could take a couple of weeks to port that number over to my new virgin account but heard nothing since
