Rang helpdesk finally got second line who told me to factory reset hub 4 and then promptly disconnected. I biw have no broadband no phone so matters have only got worse. I worked IT systems for years and they seem to be reading from a useless checklist. My contract is due soon. See no reason to sign but look at Sky alternative. Router has gone into constant search for connection.

Spoke to a lovely geordie woman on the phone and she immediately booked an engineer. Engineer arrived adjusted settings in the local cabinet, gave me a Hub 5 router and fixed the problem. Thanks for the useful staff that resolved this problem.
