No landline service at all.

For the past two days at least i haven't been able to receive or make any calls via the landline.  It was definitely ok on 29/04/24, because that's the last call received.  There has been no change in the phones or anything that might've knocked the service off.  When i try and phone the landline it'll go to voicemail and when you try and phone out there's a very low crackle and it just won't call anyone.

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of the phone issue. 

    Can you confirm the landline is plugged in to the telephone port one please on the router? 

    Also, the router has been online for more than 100 days, can you unplug it for me. Wait two minutes, replug back in again and then test the line?

  • The landline is in telephone port one and i've unplugged the router for five minutes and it's made no difference to the phone.

      Thanks for coming back to me, sorry that didn't fix it. Was worth a shot based on the uptime of the router. Have you got another telephone you can try? This will rule it either in or out being a telephone issue itself.
