We've had no dial tone for just over a week. We've tried ringing with our mobiles for help and support but, no one seems to be able to help. We are waiting for test results from hospital/gp's and they always get in touch via landline. Our mobile phone service is terrible since o2 took over

Can you confirm if you're phoneline is plugged into the main master socket, an extension or into the router?
How many pieces of equipment are connected to the phone line?
