Move wifi hub

How can I get an engineer to move hub from upstairs bedroom to my lounge nearer my phone for switch over?

No options for this on published numbers.

I'm disabled.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

When your area is ready to be moved over, you should receive some information to advise you of the switchover date. We'll also check in with you to confirm some information in terms of devices you may have connected to your phone line. If the hub is not in a suitable position, we can then arrange for this to be moved before the switchover date for you.
