Since a lightning strike locally on Saturday night, we have had no signal from our landline at all. I've run all electrical checks inside the house, the internet & TV are both working.
After days of trying on this forum, I just need a telephone number to call to arrange a visit from a Virgin engineer because this situation is intolerable.

If there's a known local outage it would be listed here 👉 https://virg.in/service or by calling 📞 0800 561 0061 - if there's an outage listed then the field team are already working on getting this resolved as quickly as possible!
If there's nothing listed there may be a fault specific to your service which we need to raise and investigate. It looks like you are already in a PM with my colleague following your post on another thread 👉 here
