Hi, I am new to this forum so please be gentle with me.
I have just been made aware of a problem with my cordless landline telephone in that it no longer audibly rings for an incoming call. When I run a test call from my mobile, I can hear a ringing tone and the landline handset shows an incoming call (which I can answer), but there is no ringing sound.
I've checked the settings on the handsets, which are fine and I have tested base set and phone in another house and it works fine.
Please advise what I should do next to try and get the issue diagnosed and fixed.

Sorry to hear your landline has not been working for you. Can you please advise, if you've tried using an alternative handset? Also, is your phone plugged into your hub, or a traditional phone socket? For future reference, you may wish to check for potential faults in your area here. Hi Lee, thank you for your reply.
My phone is plugged into a traditional phone socket and I spent several minutes checking for potential faults in my area. Frustratingly, I also spent nearly 1 hour going round your website reading all the help pages and no where could I find somewhere to book a technician. My telephone works in all respects except that there is no audible ring on my handset. I cannot see any private message you may have sent.
